Community Research Unit
The Community Research Unit (CRU), based in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Regina, builds relationships between our community and faculty by facilitating community-based participatory research and community service-learning opportunities. The CRU matches community groups interested in undertaking research with university faculty and student researchers and organizes the annual Arts CARES community service-learning program.

Research Dissemination Kit
Community-based research projects are often initiated with action and change in mind. The knowledge generated is intended to be used towards specific ends-- strengthening community programs, improving public policy, sharing vital information with community members.
But the research is only useful if it can be accessed and understood.
Community Research Unit partners and others can use this Research Dissemination Kit to develop a dissemination plan that ensures that their research is distributed to and understood by those who need it most. Full of ideas and suggestions, we encourage you to use and distribute this tool.
